RSM was founded by Jim Harshaw, an All American in wrestling at the University of Virginia. With a background in small business management and as a Division I wrestling coach, he developed RSM systems with the goal to increase attendance, media coverage and fundraising for wrestling programs as well as other Olympic sports programs. i’ve been reading their blog lately. great stuff; much needed for the wrestling community!
